Do you require a deposit?

Yes - a 50% deposit is required. Final payment will be due prior to shipping bird back to you, or at pick up. Please note - the cost of shipping feather art back to you will be added to the final bill.

What is the turnaround time for completion?

Roughly 3 - 4 months until your completed one-of-a-kind feather art will be shipping back to you, or available for pick up.

Can you include the beard and spurs On my feather art?

Yes! We DO NOT charge extra for this. If you’d like them included in your feather art, please just include them in the shipping box, or with bird at drop off.

How do i let you know what design i would like?

After we receive your bird if you ship to us - we will contact you to discuss what design you would like. If you’re dropping your bird off - we will discuss what design you would like at drop off.
